Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

  • The product is not damaged.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)


Once your return is received and inspected, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. It may take up to three weeks for Marketplace Seller orders. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us. This includes items which were not originally purchased from IM FineLife Store. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items. We can only provide a refund in respect of correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies. Any item which you send or return to IM FineLife cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you

Baby Items

  • Baby items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment , as long as they are in their original packaging, with factory-seal, and were not opened or used. IM FineLife has the right to deny the return of baby-items that are not customary to be returned for hygienic reasons or in case the packaging makes it impossible to verify that they are not used.
  • Baby products fulfilled by Amazon qualify for free return shipping. If your return is not a result of an Amazon error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

Home, Kitchen and Furniture

(Cabinets, Drawers, Shelf, home décor, lighting, Sofa, beds, mattress, Cookware, appliances, mixer grinder, cooking essentials etc)

  • These items are eligible for return for a full refund within 15 days of delivery. In an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered you can also opt for a free replacement (if available).
  • Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
  • For defects identified outside the 15-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on product details page.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our given address by email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
